OTP Send

https://sandcaas.undostres.com.mx/user/v1/otp/send

Generates a 6-digit OTP and sends it via SMS to the specified mobile number.

The OTP is linked to a unique otp_key, which must be used when verifying the code.

This endpoint supports both existing and new customers and is the first step in the OTP verification flow.
